Vibrasto is one of Texaa’s emblematic products. It is a flexible acoustic cladding that can be stretch-fitted to walls, ceilings or furniture. Three thicknesses are available to provide the right level of performance for each project. Laminated to a 3-mm layer of wadding, its Aeria fabric cover makes it robust and easy to clean. Its flexibility and adaptability provide great creative scope.
Available in a 15-mm thickness, Vibrasto cladding can be a space-saving solution.
The installation system makes for perfect finishing around lighting, loudspeakers, ventilation, etc.
Vibrasto 15 and 30 can be applied to convex and concave surfaces.
To achieve maximum acoustic comfort, all the available surfaces of this meeting room with many glazed openings were clad with Vibrasto.

Stretch-fitted Aeria and Vibrasto to combine transparent and opaque effects, and form three-dimensional faces that come to life with light and sound systems.
The Grain de Riz (rice grain) knit pattern catches the light in such a way as to highlight the fabric appearance of Vibrasto.
Vibrasto cladding uses our Aeria fabric as a facing, which is laminated to 3 mm-thick wadding to make it perfectly opaque and able to conceal the acoustic system behind it.
Positioned between U-section battens the sound-aborbent material is what makes Vibrasto cladding so acoustically effective: depending on the performance required and the space available, this can be thin felt or a rigid panel.
It is very easy to install the cladding with pencil-line joins using battens.
The Vibrasto installation system, using profiled battens, enables large-scale applications with a guarantee of achieving perfect finished results.

It is 1,500 mm wide and comprises an outer layer of sound-transparent Aeria fabric laminated onto wadding and stretch-fitted in front of AF2 absorbent felt panels. Its absorption coefficient ɑw when fitted on concrete is 0.35 (H) and 0.5 (H) on plasterboard. The total thickness is then 15 mm.
